In a move designed to ensure the content of the websites continues to provide relevant, valuable and high-quality information, readers will now have access to a live database of more than 45,000 vacant IT positions.

The IT Job Board's extensive job search engine will also enable users of silicon.com, the UK's award-winning online source for senior IT and business decision makers, and  ZDNet.co.uk, the most comprehensive content and community website for IT professionals, to sign up and receive regular emails notifying them of relevant job vacancies.

In a first in the online recruitment arena, CNET Networks UK will leverage The IT Job Board's specialist recruitment sales teams, who will now sell ZDNet.co.uk and silicon.com's brand-building advertising inventory to recruitment businesses requiring a wide pool of candidates.
